# The ModPro AI "$500 Intake Giveaway" Sweepstakes ### Official Rules --- ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. The ModPro AI "$500 Intake Giveaway" Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements (each an “Eligible Participant”): at the time of entry are (a) legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia); and (b) of legal age in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Employees, officers and directors of ModPro AI Inc. (“ModPro”), and any of ModPro’s advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies involved in the implementation, execution or fulfillment of any portion of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Related Parties”), are not eligible to enter or win, nor are the immediate family members or household members of such employees, officers and directors. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable state, federal and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited by law.Time Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 17, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 14, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). ModPro’s clock determines time.Sweepstakes Details: By participating, Entrants (as defined below) agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. One (1) winner will be chosen in a random drawing conducted by ModPro to be held on or about October 16, 2025, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will receive a credit of $500.00 toward an intake system of their choice (the "Prize"). The value of the Prize represents ModPro’s good faith determination of the Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) thereof and such determination is final and binding.Entry Methods: Eligible Participants may enter the Sweepstakes via the methods as set forth below. By successfully completing an Entry Method, an Eligible Participant becomes an "Entrant". Limit one (1) Entry per Eligible Participant.1. To enter by Electronic Entry: Eligible Participants must: (a) sign up for a new account on the ModPro AI app or website; (b) add at least one (1) vehicle to their ModPro Garage; and (c) comment on the official giveaway announcement post on ModPro's Instagram page (@modpro.ai).2. To enter by Mail-in Entry: Mail a letter including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and the name of the Sweepstakes (i.e., ModPro AI "$500 Intake Giveaway" Sweepstakes) via first-class mail in an envelope with proper postage to: ModPro AI Inc., 10 Stevens St, PO Box 220, Andover, Massachusetts 01810. All mail-in Entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received by ModPro prior to the winner selection to be eligible.Prize Conditions: The Prize will be awarded in the name of the winning Eligible Participant if the Eligible Participant is verified as an eligible winner. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The winner will be responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. The winner acknowledges that the value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income and, if required by applicable law, an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the winner for the value of the Prize. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message after the drawing.Terms and Conditions: Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use each winner’s name, city, and state of residence for advertising and publicity purposes regarding the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
